Tiger An's Tae Kwon Do is dedicated to the highest quality martial arts training. We are committed to continually enhancing our program to address exercise, drills, safety tips and a realistic approach to self-defense situations.

We "Build Confidence Through Achievement" and provide an environment conducive to positive relationships, fostering self-discipline and self-confidence and self-respect.

Although we honor Martial Arts traditions that go back centuries, we are dynamic and are constantly seeking new and innovative ways to enthuse and excite our students.

7 Home Rules for Children

1. Children shall greet their parents with "Hi Mom!" or "Hi Dad!" when they enter the house and tell their parents "Goodbye" when they leave.
2. Children will always be respectful of their parents, teachers and elders.
3. Children will be kind to their family members.
4. Children will keep their household neat and clean.
5. Children will keep their hair, ears, body and teeth clean daily.
6. Children will not interrupt adult conversations.
7. Children shall fix the Recipe for Straight A's daily.

Recipe for Straight A's

1. When you get home from school, open the refrigerator and have a piece of fruit and a glass of milk or juice.
2. Open your books and review what you studied today.
3. Do all of your homework.
4. Review what you will study tomorrow.
