Your Own Poomse or Creative Poomse

The Poomse is the means of binding the basic techniques together and creating a fluid movement. You can do your own poomse or Creative Poomse. Competitors may use a Weapon, music or you can set up breaking board.

*All belt rank (no belt & up)
